The Carer Portal is exclusively for authorised carers* and agency staff in NSW.
If you’re an accredited foster carer, kinship carer, guardian or adoptive parent in NSW, or a staff member of an accredited out-of-home care provider agency within NSW, you’re entitled to access the My Forever Family Carer Portal.
