NSW Carer Survey 2022 Report of Findings

Using close to 1,900 responses from carers across the state, the NSW Carer Survey 2022 Report of Findings provides important insight into carer views and experiences within the out-of-home care system in New South Wales.

Survey findings help to inform practice, programs and systems by providing clear and tangible directions for improvement in the out-of-home care sector moving forward.

The Hon. Kate Washington MP, NSW Minister for Families and Communities says “Thank you to all the carers who participated in the survey, and for doing what you do. Your voice – and your work – is vital and valued. It’s so important that everyone, from caseworkers to policymakers, understands the carer experience so we can better support you to support others.”
