The Online Lounge Room @ 8pm
Caring for carers: How to maintain connections and self-care with Nicola Sapsford
The Online Lounge Room is a space for you to connect and share with other carers from the comfort of your own home.
You know the feeling. There's a 'to-do' list as long as your arm and people are relying on you to get everything done. You know it's important to take care of yourself - particularly when you are under stress - but how do you take time and stay connected when there's so much on your plate?
Join this session with Nicola Sapsford to find ways to practice self-care and maintain connection. Nicola started her career in the financial services industry before starting her own consultancy. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer and founder of The Pink Book Club an online space for inspiring women to inspire other women.
Nicola’s focus is on those who are making a difference in their communities and believes every single one of us has a story that could inspire someone else.
